Probably my worst move was buying a certain Welsh defender to bolster my backline. His first match, he got banned for a rude gesture. Then he objected to my fine for unprofessional behavior and demanded a transfer.

Amazingly, the players supported my firm stance. But nobody would take him. And rather than just biting the bullet and free transfering him, I kept him languishing in the reserves while my squad grumbled about him.

The downward spiral was on...

Just made my worse decision. It was during a game. Was losing 3-0 with 10 men so i decided to play 3-4-2 with gung ho mentality. Lost it 7-0 with 9 men.
