Remember, it is not the team you pick, but the way you play the game is LLM. Blackpool are a good side for your first LLM experience, but seeing as you have given it a few cracks, why don;t you try starting in a lower division or even a different country?

Mkus, why can you not play the game with Man Ure LLM style? As long as you have earnt the chance, i don't see a problem with it. Look at Iaj and Liverpool().

Without stating the obvious, I'm supposing you mean starting a game as ManUre rather than getting promoted with a true LLM team and getting offered the gob with ManUre (in which case you can play them within the spirit of LLM)
In that case then of xourse Man ure can not be picked. this is LLM not HLM. I still do not see the harm in starting in the 2nd division for a newbie LLMer. I wouldn't start an LLM career game in the 2nd division but LLM is a lot more than just the lowest league possible in a country.
Craig, I was only asking 'coz I felt that you and Mkus were probably agreeing on the same point. I still think you both are. I'm sure Mkus wouldn't disagree with with the idea of starting with a llm team and moving across to ManUre when the opportunity presented itself.
As for using a 2nd division team to start with, there are a few equally good 3rd division teams one could start with which would be more acceptable for somebody starting LLM for the first time.
