Hello, everyone!

I'm pretty (no, totally) new to this forum, and i just have one simple question.

Yes, i have read the rules and guidelines.

I had some fun with previous CMs (that were, actually, Altrincham and R&D).

The question is. I've started a new game having all division selected at full-detail, and began my new career with Telford. Is it thrilling enough to stick to that side and try to get them to the top (or not to let them all the way down)? They only have 16 players, btw...

I am not sure what you are asking. Are Telford a good side? Yeah. Are they a good side for LLM? Well,t hey are in the conference.

thats the fun of the game you decide on how you want to play it.

if you want to stick with telford you will get a good game out of them.

the fun factor for most of us is trying to take a crap team as far as you can,sometimes it might take you a few yrs to get out of a division

as for your squad size dont let that worry you sometimes its good to have a small squad then you can build on the team you want and not have to many players not playing a game that you cant get rid off

have fun but dont post tactics nor player name no matter how famous they are

Another thing about having small team is usually a smaller amount of wages to be paid out.

Yeah, small-size squad has its advantages. I can remember almost all of my players, and where they tend to play .

The bad (no, that's the LLM) thing is that we have complete zero for transfers and no-one to sell - that's only 16 of them, as i mentioned .

Should i get myself a scout and send him away to scout Scandinavia (i like those Nords!)? Having an auto-arranged friendly with Hertha BSC... a real test of skill...

So, the season starts soon... we're off! Btw, is there any thread dedicated to LLM succesess (or crashes)?

He has read the guidlines TGoG. There is nothing wrong with where he is scouting, it is just Un-Zealot like. I prefer to Scout my borders until i am in a higher division.

I'm quite sure your help would prove worthy to such a newbie as me.

As to my nordic scout, anyway he suggests tons of players not really better than i am , so that is like in real life (IRL, i guess?) - one in a million is worth a look.

The conference became "easier" - play-offs added. So, it's no longer a "no-error-allowed-to-get-promotion" competition...
Well, that's about all for now. Half of my team dislikes me. But the board and supporters would fight for me till the end . Cheers!
