A 4-1-3-2 is an entirely realistic formation. I'd say it's probably more common than a true "flat" midfield IRL.

Listing a formation has never been "tactic tipping" RT. We've had THAT discussion before.

Honestly, I'm on Rekwob's side in this case - while of course it is a default formation, the point is that some idiot can come in, see the topic and start off with "Hey, while you like that default tactics you mentioned, I'd suggest you to try the <enter some dreaded TT-content here> instantly".

It was said often enough, that all default tactics the game offers are good to go, and additionally you can use whatever tactic seems realistic to you. If you want some tactics discussion, then you're better off to TT, since nobody in this forum is interested in tipping anyway.
