From what I remember when I saw the PSP version (I don't have it, saw someone elses), players attributes were boosted a bit, possibly more than the PC version. It uses the same data as the PC version and Bent's potential is far from being unrealistically high.

I play with Newcastle, and in the 2nd season it claimed James Milner was worth £25 million, but he was playing worse then players like Scott Parker, who is around the same age, but worht only £5million
