sometimes i need my players in reserves to keep fit.
but sometimes i dont.

why reserve matches keep using first team players?
how can i avoiding it?

ps: i didn't make them available for reserves.

The only reaosn i can think of is that they are already in the resrver squad but you're using them in the first team. Check their status at the top of their profile screen and make sure they're in your first team.

so they get match practice. If you go on holiday and your asistant takes charge he chooses to give your backup players a go in the reserves. And i dont think he lets your star players play does he? not really sure though how you can make it stop.

personally i dont mind either because they don't tire and get a bit of match practice which is helpful just in case one of your players does get injured you bacckups arent "lacking match practice"
