For long i am not sure about this issue.
If physical attributes count as "ability" which link with the players CA/PA?
Or physical attributes are much more like born with and only improve and decline by AGE?
In my opinion physical attributes should not related to CA/PA, as they are mainly come with born. Even a third division player who can run faster or jump higher than a world class player, if he is born with such physical charactoristic.
They are just like height or weight (yet in some degree can improve by exercise or training), but not really "talent" or "ability".

A third division player who can run faster or jump higher than a world class player is a better footballer than a third division player with the same mental awareness and technical skills who can barely get around the pitch and has to be substituted after an hour.
