I'm liverpool in season 2013-14 and just signed Kaka (still awesome at 31) for 16 million. A.C didnt want to sell him but I eventually got my offer accepted. I offered him a 79000 a wk 3 yr contract which he accepted, then before signing the player i got a news message saying that as his new deal at liverpool was lower than his current one (120.000) AC Milan would continue paying him the difference (41000pw) until the end of the original contract, a further 16 months!! Has anybody else experienced this?
I don't usually make big signings, probably why I've never seen it before, seems strange that they didn't want him to leave yet are willing to pay him off though
