Now I've never really found this an issue until recently. Sure, I've had keepers play out of their skin against me from time to time, but I can handle that. It happens.
Though in my current game (2016/7 season) I've been manager of Ivory Coast, Italy, Austria (for 5 games), Cameroon and now Switzerland and I'm getting really sick of oppo keepers getting MotM against me. Doesn't happen much in club management but in internationals it's literally every other game (average) that it's happening.
It annoyed me so much as manager of Italy when it happened 4 matches in a row that I quit!
My theory is that "superkeepers" are a way for the game to even out, to get the result it needs to make the results "realistic" according to its calculations. Your amount of chances will therefore most likely be the same, but the keeper will take care of everything.
However, strikers who hit at least half their shots directly into the keepers hands do exist, and that's what's causing the big ratings for opposition goalkeepers.

yeah, when a stiker like aguero shoots 3 times in a row and the GK saves all 3 it's because aguero is dumb and not because the of godly GK... and the players ratings are toned down to hide those superkeepers, i see them saving lots of amazing shots and only getting 7... im my last season almost every game GKs get 8 rating because aguero cant score more then 2 or 3 goals each game. but them my GK Akinfeev cant save 2 shots in a row...

There's stuff you can do tactically that will reduce the amount of chances you'll make, but with this there'll also be a corresponding rise in the quality of those shots.
It's daft, but it's a game after all and thinks don't always work as well as they should.

if it was one shot and GK saves, game goes on then later ST shoots again i know i can do tactical changes to do that BUT i'm talking about a striker that shoots one time, GK saves it, then striker shoots again and GK flyes from one side to another and saves it, then strikers shoots again and GK will also save it, i doubt this situation has anything to do with tactics...
Best thing to do in that case is save PKMs of it happening and starting a bugs forum thread. 1 PKM won't be enough, but if you can show it happening in a few games it would be great.
