I managed to get third kits working for both arsenal and fulham. However, in the first season the arsenal home kit would not show on the match screen. From season 2 Arsenal's new Emirates kit (courtesy of JAndersson) show in match screen. Just have to wait a year for their kits to come through.

mate can you get the away kit and third kit to work with the O2 sponsor. when i start a season it comes up with the emirates sponsor.

Goto where you installed the kits and rename the O2 kits so that they have the same name as the emirates kits - you'll need to remove the emirates kits out of the folder first.

After the first season has ended, copy back the emirates kits, making a copy of the O2 kits first (so you still have the O2 kits incase you start a new game).
