I downloaded man utd facepacks. All fine, but i could only save them into either "filters" "games" "tactics" or "matches".
I made my own folder, "pictures", which doesn't seem to be recognized by my computer. Would any computer whizz like to help out a football manager comrade?

Your installing them into where the game saves your user files (My Documents by default), your supposed to save them where the game is installed.

To find where you install the game, right click on the desktop shortcut to FM goto properties -> shortcut tab -> click the find target box.

A folder should open up, navigate to \data\graphics\pictures\players

Extract the faces into this folder. (or subfolders)

Load up FM turn off the skin cache in the preferences menu and restart FM.
