I know how to change the colours for the general attributes, but can you change the attribute colours in the compare screen?

Those should use the same colours that the player profile uses. Is this not the case?

No problem. We all do stupid things from time to time.

Yesterday I couldn't for the life of me work out why I couldn't get the searchbox thing working as it was always appearing disabled, then I realised I was on the main menu screen and it's only enabled in game. D'oh.
