Im about to start a new game and wanted some help before i do please.

If I retain players from most of the major footballing nations will it matter if i select small db or large db?

Will i need to still have active leagues running in the countries i where i might want to manage the national side or can i just have all english leagues active?

Dont want harchester in the game so i leave that ticked right! But do i leave the retain nation players bit ticked or unticked?

Is it worth enev retaining nation players or should i just use normal or large db?

Im running an amd athelon xp 2ghz with 1024 mb of ram. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated as i want to set up this new game to run as fast and as balanced as possible. Dont want to end up with a slow game and lots of players from the same nation.
