can someone explain how to get 5 stars for each training assignment, and i'm man utd which are the best coaches to get and wot i should asign them to.

Take the coaches off being in charge of all training.

Then for coaches with Goalkeeping coaching put them in charge of keepers, those with attacking in charge of attacking play, and the fitness coaches in charge of fitness etc.

make a search for staff and in the filter put something like "Technique coaching" above 17

I noticed something weird, it's easier for a coach to have 5 starts in coaching attackers than let say coaching ball control for someone with attributes at least as good.

I managed to get all training schemes to 5 stars with Light work load - but I needed over 20 coaches!

Do not auto-assign them, it's much easier to get 5 stars doing it yourself.

First off, only assign your coach to one schedule (if you have enough coaches, that is).
Assign one coach with a 5-star rating to each scheme (they need 16-20 in a certain attribute to get 5 stars) - and then assign 4-star coaches to the same scheme until its workload is Light. You only need one 5-star coach for each schedule to get 5 stars.

why dont people answer the questions that people are asking instead of replying with "i did this and i did that!" if there is anyone out there who has used the pre game editor to "change" their coaches into handymen and can get a coach to teach ball control or set pieces only, and get more than three stars for the training, can you please post on here how you did it. i know i have cheated by making all of my coaches "handymen but surely one or two of them should be able to teach ball control or shooting as there only schedule and have more than 3 stars because when you assign the same coach to attacking for example, his star rating goes back to 5 where you would expect it to be if you have tinkered with the database. if anyone has any correct solutions I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW

you have to put every coach in 1 training only...

you can get 5 stars when:

training - coach ability

strength - fitness(18-20)
aerobic - fitness(18-20)
Goalkeeping - Goalkeeping(18-20)
tactics - tactical(18-20)
defending - defending(16-20)
attacking - attacking(16-20)
ball control - technical(18-20)
shooting - technical(19-20)
set pieces - technical(19-20)

as you can see,the most difficult training is shooting and set pieces and that's why you need a high(19-20) technical coach to get 5 stars...

and the easier training,to get 5 stars, is attacking-defending...

now that you collect the correct coaches,that gives you 5 stars in each training,all you have to do is to fill training schedules with other coaches(3-4 stars) until you succed a light training..

just edit the coach ability with art money, then assign one session for one coach. it's really hard to find high quality coach.

So what you want, is someone to tell you how to edit so you can have 5 start coaching. Why don't you just save the hastle, edit your players at the begining, make them all 200pa and who the hell needs training??

As for being obnoxiuos Carver, you dont want to even go there, just a simple " i dont know to your question Chenks would have been enough "
As for Lee Turner, "why cheat?" its not cheating if in real life, a coach can teach ball control or shooting but FM06 says otherwise, i understand it to be customer feednack not obnoxious or rude!
Any one else feel as if i may have over stepped the politeness mark needs to get a life!
