I've heard a lot of people discussing 'newgens'... are they any different to 'regens'? Are newgens better regens that have been updated in the new patch?

Actually regens are actually a thing of the past when CM was around where players would disappear in the game when they were old and then come back in the same position and same nationality but younger and under a diffrent name (obviously)

Newgens is FM where each year you get new players through academies etc etc.
