Ahh !! any training that i use always decreases my players stats i've used loads of differents ones !! Any ideas why??

Training like any other aspect of the game has various factors, like are players happy with the schedule because if there not they wont work as hard and their stats will decrease or it could be a simple thing like getting better coaches

There are many different factors- as well as good training schedules, you need better coaches, allocated manually, in good training facilities.
