Been thinking of a tactic that will get the wingers more involved when they don't actually have the ball. What I'm trying to develop is a fast attacking tactic, with the team sharing the goals and glory, real teamwork.
The above tactic is in my mind the basic idea of what I want. Forwards dragging players out of positions, the 2 wingers cutting in when they don't have the ball in order to support the strikers but ideally crossing the ball in. What I'm suggesting is perhaps cross from byline as a setting whilst still have diagnal arrows cutting in.
Would it be better to have left footed winger on the right wing and right footed player on the left wing to try long range shots with the strikers latching on to rebounds? Is it better to put the central midfielder on the right as an out and out DM to help the defence out a little?
Please note, I haven't tested this tactic, in fact, I just put it on the tactics screen to give you a rough idea of what I'm after.
