Tactics & Training Tips

It's no use having a squad full of star players without a decent way for them to play their football.

Default How to play with a really young team?

I have problems getting anywhere with team which squad average age is 20. All first team players are really good with technical attributes (well above midtable players in prem) and still with every tactic I've tried, I end up getting somewhere between 13th and 17th. I concede loads of goals in overtime and in last minutes, eventhough I'd change time wasting and everything. Is there any solutions except to wait for players mental attributes to raise?

You need a few older players with more experience in your team to balance it. A young team is always unbalanced.
