In away games, clearly teams will push forward more against you, which is going to exploit the space behind your ML and MR. If you don't want to change your formation completely, you could try putting backward arrows on them, and also make sure their individual mentalities are not too attacking.
I also would not be at all comfortable with playing such a high defensive line away from home, especially if the opposition have pacey strikers.
Quite simply in the formation that is giving you the most trouble it looks as if you are trying to defend against 4 attack minded players with just your 3 centre backs, unless the MR and ML help out, you will get badly pulled out of shape and outnumbered.
