I need some help. I am getting a lot of offsides (12 I think in my last match including 2 disallowed goals for offside) what things should i change to reduce this?

Try and reduce the forward runs for the striker, he is probably on often right? And then you can adjust the mentality down a notch or two.

Yeah will try it but I have almost abandoned hope in my tactic. I only made cause I couldnt find any good 442 diamond tactics on here.

One striker on mixed forward runs, the other on rarely. That way one looks to beat the offside trap while the other comes deep to get the ball which offers the midfield more options when releasing the pass.

I agree. With the exception that if your pacey striker has also got dribling skills then he should always be on rare forward runs. Instead of playing on line with the defence, you want to give him space to turn and run at the defenders.
