Tactics & Training Tips

It's no use having a squad full of star players without a decent way for them to play their football.

Default Help with a 3-4-1-2 formation.

Hello,
Am interested in creating this tactic. Tactic that CSKA Moscow, has used. And would like to know if anyone has any info about it.
For now I have tested with two MCs with backarrows and with two DM. The two MC seem to go too forward during kickoff(not only on kickoff), thus leaving a cap between the midfield and defence. They have forward runs rarely.
So if anyone has any info, or ideas how to implement this tactic in FM08, please reply.

Thx.

I have used this tactic since cm3.

Basically you need a solid central defender and 2 quick defenders.

Midfield you need a dm (arrows back) and m/f in the centre, left and right quick wingers

AM in front of them

2 strikers

I play with attacking mentality, always closing down with the AM as a free role

Hope this helps
