i play him at lb in 2007-08 season with arsenal and he does just fine. he gets a lot of assists crossing the ball from deep and scored a brilliant goal against birmingham

play him on the wing with arrow's running forward. he absolutely tears it up.

i played him one season in lb and he did fine there but during that year i retrained him for aml and the next season i played him there and he totally dominated the left flank

I played him at AML with Real and he averaged 7.45 or something like that with a bucketload of assists and a few goals.

Thing is guys, I've already got Guardado coming to play on the left wing. Should I get Marcelo too and play him at LB or ML/AML and have Guardado back-up? Also, does Guardado play well at LB?

Tbh mate, i dont think any of them should be played at left back. There stats show they are much better suited as wingers.
Get Marcelo aswell and just rotate them!

i rate Marcelo higher than Guardado, i think he's got better favorite moves iirc. either of them are the best potential left wingers in the league at the start of FM07
