From what you said, I don't see why you don't want to stick with Crouch. If he's not scoring, but yet creating loads then it's worth it.

defoe definitely.. scores plenty everytime i sign him in a new game.. ashton is quite skillful as well.

Matt Derbyshire is useless on the game, and Agbonlahor and sincalir are too young.
In the next 2 matches, I'll decide between the ones I mentioned before. AJ is injured though, which is a major blow to his chances.

Your 4 should be Owen, Crouch, Defoe, Johnson (and Ashton if you don't mind 5 strikers, which is what I do).
Beattie shouldn't even come close.
Sturridge and possibly Nugent for the future.

Four strikers should be:
Target men: Smithy, Crouch.
Quick STs: Owen, Defoe.
And have Walcott to use as a right winger and quick ST.
