A Question of player morale V's manager interaction (global?)
I was wondering if someone could clear this up for me. (I did a search but nothing came up that I could see).
What attributes (hidden or other) make a player react to your interaction.
For example, If I have just told the media “I think I can win” for the next home game, one player may be overjoyed and have a superb morale, whereas his team-mate might get edgy.
I’m assuming that it is to do with the players mental stats, if so, which one(s)?
Is it feasible to have a first 11 with identical mental stats, in that if I tell the media “I think I can win!” then the entire team’s morale will be superb?
I originally though this was down to the players personality, but I now know this is not true, that brings me onto another point about what variable(s) the players personality actually influences?
