Default Need feedback on worldclass future strikers for Man Utd, on 2008/2009 season at the moment

Currently I am on my 3rd season with Man Utd and I have these strikers Saha, Rooney, Torres, Rossi and Smith

I was searching for a worldclass future striker and I came across a forward called 'CARLOS VELA' currently at Arsenal...he is not a REGEN player...I don't know what everyone else thinks but it seems he has the stats to match Thierry Henry as a striker...and is only 19.
But his firt touch is 13 which will go up of course, his finishing/jumping/heading/ off the ball/anticipation/composure/pace/acclearation are all 15 or over, he is better than all my strikers except Rooney, so he seems among the elite.
So I need to know is he excellent in the future...say in 4-5 years time?...When he is 23-24 years of age, of course only people who have played for over 6-7 season will be able to tell me this.
His scout report is this...'Is a good signing' with all scouts and 'Has potential to be good as Fernando Torres', feedback appreciated please and thanks.

Also one last thing...if anyone knows any young strikers that are worldclass in says 3-4 years time please let me know...make sure he is not a REGEN please, i'm on my 3rd season 2008/2009 to remind you, thanks.

I came here to ask only because when I saw Carlos Vela I thought...he seems unreal and extraordinary, he has the stats of like Henry at only 19...either he is playing at his full potential at 19 which is not possible for a 19 year old or he is a striker who has been given striking boots by god himself...so now I have my answer.
How much do I have to bid to buy him? I have 15.6 million to spend...they rejected an offer of 15.5 million, I might sell Saha and then get him

Mate, lose Saha and Smith and get Vela. In season 08/09 he begins to really fulfil his world-beating potential. Even at 19 he's tremendous and will undoubtedly give you something to think about. This season he'll be a supersub and next season he'll start replacing Torres, after that he'll become first choice.

Vela is a great signing but shop around, if you have £45 million to spend you will be able to get a talented striker for that no problem.
£45 million for Vela? A little overpriced imo.

Henri Saviet isn't even good at all, I scouted him also and came up as a decent signing and I used a scout with judging player ability/potential 19/19
