Some boards are easily pleased. I'm in my fifth season with Leigh RMI having finished 14th, 12th, 2nd and 2nd with losing in the playoff semi finals. What do the board want?
Respectable league position. Seems like I could have about twenty years to get out of the Conference.

My current board at Welshpool is like that. (well, what board? They don't have a chairman). I finished last, 8th and 10th in the three season, winning the Welsh Cup in both the second and third season, and still I get the "improve the squad this season" expectation.
