Or - if you really have no clue - pick San Marino. You can't make anything wrong with them, although they do have a couple of international players

At least in 01/02 they do - San Marinese internationals, of course

Very much like asking Wales to play in the English Premier League. Come to think of it, they wouldn't fair well in there too.
