Yeah i have a player like that in my squad at the moment. I played him for two full seasons in the conference where he scored 77 goals in 61 games. Unfortunately when i got promoted to division 3 he managed a meagre 4 goals in 27 games so i sold him.

I suppose the same happens in real life if you palu sunday league and stuff. Theres always one guy who is absolutely ****e in training every single week but then when it comes to games he's head and shoulders above the rest of the players.

Actually maybe its the lack of effort in training sessions that give them more energy for matches or maybe they're just lazy complacent gits in training but then actually try in games to keep their place in the team.
