ok so after nearly having my fingers burned i'm givin this llm a go with waterford utd.
<HR></BLOCKQUOTE>
Good luck, then

<BLOCKQUOTE class="ip-ubbcode-quote"><font size="-1">quote:</font><HR>
i presume the aim is to get promoted, do well in europe then quit and sign for another ll club, or is that bollox?
<HR></BLOCKQUOTE>
Yup, thats bollox. The goal of the game is up to you. You could go for European domination, you could just try and achieve the board's aims. You could jump ship and go with better teams during your career. Its your game, after all.

<BLOCKQUOTE class="ip-ubbcode-quote"><font size="-1">quote:</font><HR>
anoher thin, reading about the realism thing, there are players in the (real) irish league from malta, morocco, trinidad and tobago, brazil, canada...etc. does this mean that if i come accross players from non local countries via scouts i can sign them since it is a regular occurance in ireland???
<HR></BLOCKQUOTE>
If you find then in Ireland (or the UK) then it ain't a problem. If you send your scouts out to South America... well, when was the last time you saw Waterford (or other Irish teams) with a scouting policy over there?

<BLOCKQUOTE class="ip-ubbcode-quote"><font size="-1">quote:</font><HR>
also loan listed players, should i scout them or what???<HR></BLOCKQUOTE>
Thats down to you. There are those that do, there are those that don't. If you've played against them before and you know how good they are, then no problem. I personally scout them.

LLM means playing as true to life as possible.

If you think in real life you could do well and all that jazz do it.

If you think in real life Sir alex goes to the pub and speaks to a guy who says he can solve his right-side problem and plays him next week then go for it!!

though real life is like kind of crappy, slogging your guts out for a team maybe going up a division, then getting sacked because some pre-madona free signing make your hole team hate you and they play sh*te to spite you.

just read the header, obey the rules follow the guide lines and you'll be ok, Enjoy the ride!

Rekwob: look left look right then cross if there is nothing coming. If there is something coming then cross anyway, just do it a bit faster

Spell-check: It's 'prima donna', not 'pre-madona'. Or is it 'pre-Madonna', I've heard 'pre-Maradona' too.

Thanks for the advice. I'll make sure I do not include any spelling mistakes again Axl. I guess you just don't know how being dyslexic will affect you for life.
They never told me at school all those years ago that I would need to spell correctly on message boards.

Axl could you check all my posts for me and make sure my spelling is ok, thanks.

It could be pre-Madonna, the guy might be really old and stuck in an early eighties timewarp....

If it was Pre-madonna that would be the 70 not the 80's I think there was some sh*te released in 1981, just like the sh*te she released during the rest of the 80's but she wasn't famous
