I think there will be a job going at newcastle around the start of november so that could be the place to go, though tottenham may not have appointed by then so there another option.

However, there's no reason why you shouldn't play with your local team in 03/04, you can play them in the LLM spirit and move on to other teams as the game progresses - although I seem to remember Jon having difficulty moving to Europe from Australia in 01/02.
