It's not so much the tipping that bothers me about this answer but the WRONGNESS of it. Player search screen = Non, Nein, Njet! Don't give newbies the wrong idea, it's bad enough they ask these questions. Use your scout(s), darnit.

Dale, he asked how to aqcuire FREE transfers. Your scouts don't look at FREE transfers because FREE transfers don't play for a team meaning there's nothing for the scout to watch. Still with me? The poster at the top was right. To look at all the free transfers, go to player/staff search, then go to filters, then configure filter, then contract status, then expired. You can also go to Transfer status and choose transfer listed to find some good players and really good deals, also click loan to find good players who the clubs are willing to loan out at really good deals. Alot of times you can loan a player without having to pay any of his wages therefore not having to worry about wages unless you sign alot of free/transfer listed players.
