I play CM 01/02 and am starting my third year managing Pavia in Serie C2/A. My season tickets' sales, which were around 250,000 pounds my first two years have skyrocketed to 650,000 pounds. Am grateful, but curious as to why this should be. I have made the playoffs my first two years but have lost in the first round each time. Have made no major additions to the team (in fact sold my top goalkeeper to get out of debt) and the board only expects me to stay clear of relegation. Is this just something that happens as the seasons increase or is there another explanation?

I'm quite disappointed that I'll likely not make it over to England before Fat Goalie retires. Ever since the legend began, I've placed watching him play on my to-do list...Alas, if he's 43, chances are I'll never have the privilege.
Thing is, Guinness, he's a good goalie. He was capped by Wales, once I think, and was described by Kevin Keegan as the best goalie outside the Football League.
When we saw him playing for Leigh against Telford he had several very good stops, and really couldn't be faulted for the three they lost.
