Almirante Brown de Arrecifes was relegated last season from the Second Division ("Nacional B"). As the club is not directly affiliated to the Argentine Football Association, the relegation was not to the Third Division ("Primera B") but to the "Torneo Argentino A", which is the third division for teams which are not affiliated to AFA. Anyway, the tournament champion gets a promotion to the Second Division and the runner-up plays a promotion match against the non-affiliated team with the second worst average points (Hard isn't it?). In the opening stage, Almirante Brown de Arrecifes has played 10 games so far in Group A, losing them all, scoring just 2 goals and conceding 27, what makes them the worst team in the tournament.
