Ok so I got promoted out of the conference at a canter and am now going to introduce some rules to make things more realistic.

1. Only loaning players who have been scouted.
2. Get involved in all aspects of training (typically I have just delegated this)
3. Only getting players from the british isles or close vicinity (france, holland etc) in line with a lot of teams at that level
4. Sticking religiously to my wage budget.

Thats all I have come up with so far. But will probably add some more during the close season.
