I prefer Tomato soup, the can stuff. When i was working recently i had lunch and the bloke made me some of this soup, Tomato, very nice, with some lovely crusty bread. It is some italian make. YUM! :p

So what are you gonna do next time you want some of that delicious soup. It seems the only thing you've got to go on is that it's an italian make

AVRIL LAVIGNE live at the Brixton Academy
There was some discussion about Avril Lavigne and music in general on the old board, so I thought I'd write a wee report on it.
I was somewhat wary of actually going come the day itself, after all, I had thought she had been crap on Top of the Pops and the Brits earlier in the year.
Nice thing happened whilst in the queue... was on the phone to a friend when Avril popped out of the window directly above me, so we all waved from below. "I'm waving at some Canadian shortarse" is pretty much what I said to my friend!
Onto the gig itself, Avril is actually pretty good which was a relief. She's full of energy and loves playing to the crowd, so I'm not sure why she didn't do that on the aforementioned shows. She played pretty much her whole album and I'm glad I went and another song called "I'm Not Afraid". Will go again given the chance. Though not to Brixton, it's not a nice place...
Funniest moments were when Avril invited a couple of people on stage with her for "Complicated", one boy, one girl. Avril asked the boy his named. His reply...

He then made an even bigger arse of himself by asking Avril for a kiss afterwards. Avril wasn't sure whether to laugh or run but I was creasing myself.
I had a nice close view, from 15 feet below outside and around 10 feet from the stage inside... Avril is absolutely undoubtably gorgeous.
Having said this... it's not the sort of gig you could go to if you're not a fan of her music. There are some bands that you can see if you're not a fan and have a great time, but I don't feel Avril is one. She is 18 though, so has plenty of time to gain experience and improve.

Right, enough music reporting, time for shut eye and CM4 in a couple of days...

My mum is a great soup maker. All the kids have our favourites. Me, her Cullin Skink. My brother Ian, Chicken Broth. (the kind with rice) My sister, Gillian, goes for Potato. (the kind with beef in it) And my little sister, Yvonne, likes anything that you add boiling water too!
