There are several countries where managing is lots of fun. I quit my Wales game after 3 seasons because it grew kinda boring, with only one league. I started a game in Scotland with Gretna, and it's good fun so far. My favourite LLM countries would be Italy and Croatia though. Can't say why, but it was huge fun there.

Coaches: Idem
Scouts: scouts, scout you mean and in fact mediocre but have to admit he did find one great striker two years ago.
Physio: Yup a physio
Stadium: Somewhere between tiny and very small
Players: a bit of an attitude here and there, on average at least 5 do have the Unh mark.
Starplayers: 1) hates me, 2) wants a new contract and thinks the board can't meet his demands
Money: Almost ran out of it
Board: Patient

Challenge: Yes

Team: Fairly useful now I've built up a team.
Coaches: One good assistant manager, one crap coach, one great ex coach who got poached.
Scouts: I'm supposed to have two, but quite if they scout I'm not sure.
Physio: The original.
Stadium: Big, gives large ground maintenence costs with an average gate of 6000 less than capacity.
Starplayers: 1) Centre back & Captain, who has signed a new contract!
2) Forward, who missed more games than he plays through injury.
3) Goalkeeper, sold to Luton two years ago for £210,000.
Money: I'd love some.
Board: Patient. After two seconds and a seventh, they still only expect mid-table
Number of players out of my squad of 21 who are on month to month contracts as they won't sign a new one: 8
Number of players promoted to the youth team in 5 years: 0
Number of FA Cup matches won in 5 years, which bring a valuable source of income: 3
Number of playoff semi final defeats, out of 2: 2

The old firm put me off a scottish game, even though I always put it in my list of leagues I run.

I've never taken a team all the way to the top, but if I was to I kinda feel that in scotland you haven't got a hope where as in some other countries, where there are more quality teams in the top flight I feel (rightly or wrongly) I've got a better chance.
