I've been to a German Pub on Gran Canaria too, cheering Croatia on in the quarter final of the '98 world cup, and I'm still alive.

unlike the unlucky sod who was just back over from being stationed in Germany during euro 92. He got stabed and killed in west sussex because the car he was driving had German number plates, and they thought he was German.

English fans are...suspicous to me, at least. I always enjoyed watching football or discussing it with people from Holland, Scotland, Wales, Ireland or Italy...but those English guys give me the creeps
