make text NORMAL, black, century gothic on 24
cutting isn't nice, so take smudge tool and smudge by 5-pixel circle on the renders edges
then duplicate layer with render three times to have four layers
on first (from bottom) do gaussian blur 4.0, second and third set on soft light, and last, fourth, set on overlay and click ctrl+shift+u
there's nice brushing in the BG, but colours aren't matching with render, so add there some shapes, photos (overlay 7%) etc. and change it colours to blue, then you can change text colour to white
