Hi i started the impossible and started managing newcastle was doin a very good job end of dec i was 3rd and on a 5 game winning streak including 3-1 win at chelsea!!!!

but 2008 came and end of jan i lost all games in jan and now 6th my team have just givin up!!

this is not the only time and team this has happened with why!??!

Halting a run of poor form.

Amaroq's post might give you some ideas.

One major aspect can be overtraining players. Are your players fit?
