retired_nd012647 Joe Blow Join Date: Feb 2008 Posts: 0 Rep Power: 0	Countries available for scouting I was just wondering if anyone knows what controls which countries can be scouted? The reason I ask is that one of the countries I can send a scout to is Serbia. Why not Croatia, Romania etc? I am running English, Spanish and Italian leagues. Help appreciated.
