My board expectations are as follows -

Long Term - Qualify for the Euro cup through by the end of the 2 year plan.

Concerns - That I only achieved a safe mid table position last season (I finished Second)

Half way mark, I am in a title fight with Chelsea 2 points, and 10 points ahead of eveyone else??

I then get a Board Confidence Update (1st Of Jan)

"Neverthelss, the club do have long tem ambitions and you will be expected to redouble your efforts to meet these targets??

Come On, what more can I do - Have qualified for the knockout stages of th CL, challenging for the title.

Board confidence and expectations are a known issue that is supposedly being addressed in the forthcoming 8.0.2 patch. Keep your fingers crossed that is sorted then.

Same problem for me in 2013, I moved to Juventus the previous summer who had just finished 7th and had not finished in the top 3 for 5 years. 2year plan - get into a position to mount a title challenge. First season I was to qualify for Europe through the league, I finished 4th. 5 games into this season I am 2nd and through to the CL yet the board are concerned by the progress and my status is slightly insecure

I have that at Milan and I won the league (99 pts), the Italian Cup and reached the final of the CL - that means I met all my targets :S

I've got this:

"The board wants the team to finish in a respectable position in the Premier League by the end of the two year plan."

"The board are concerned that the team only achieved a safe mid-table position within the Premier League last season. They have strongly urged you to start progressing towards the long-term targets set."

The media had predicted I would finish 12th, I finished 3rd, the highest in the club's history, qualifying for the CL for the first time ever. I'm currently second, challenging for the title.

I hope this is fixed in the upcoming patch. I am in a long term game and making good progress, so it would be ashamed if this bug gets me sacked?

The board confidence is an excellant feature. Just badly done. With a bit of tweaking I'm sure it'll be a long term game feature.
