Firstly, I can never decide which team to manage.

Should I manage Peterborough-my local team? Cheltenham, my uni team? Should I try and pull Notts County out of the mire? Should I go with Ebbsfleet, a club I have a share in? Whenever I pick a club, I keep thinking "What if I'd gone for such and such a team" and end up resigning.

I've just taken the Barrow job, and I just hope I can learn to love the club, and if I hear that Nottingham Forest are interested in me just reject the offer.

My loyalty stat has plummeted to 7, not entirely sure why. I rejected rumours linking me jobs, signed a new two year deal and even turned down an offer from a club two divisions higher yet still I'm disloyal. I have been slagging off former players in the press and I'm pretty ruthless when it comes to dropping/selling players but still it seems a bit much.

Ibrahim, I think the "loyalty" stat is only loyalty-to-your-players, not loyalty-to-clubs. I might be wrong.

I thought it was both, since it's called "Club/player loyalty".
