i can't seem too find the answer anywhere and it may be a stupid question but what are the main attributes i should look for in coaches?

Not a stupid question at all. Each attribute - ATT, DEF, GK, FIT, TEC, MEN, TAC - affects some aspect of training, and therefore your players' development. Discipline influences how often your players go postal on the pitch. In addition, judging ability and judging potential are always attributes I look for in my AM. Also, motivational, if you rely on your AM for team talks.

The thing is, getting coverage for each attribute is relatively easy if you're managing a top club. But if you're managing at a lower level, where you have very few coaches on staff, you really have to stretch your staff to get adequate training.
