Need funds so I am trying to offload Stancu... As usual you have to ridiculously lower his value for anyone to be interested, if at all, but I did get an offer from one or two Clubs,,,,and mine..

lol i tried, it doesnt do anything! apparently i HAVE to accept it, as it meets a minimum fee release clause... now i may be goin blind, but i cant see one in that contract...

I think, when it says offers, it's referring to contracts. Have you perhaps tried to offer him a contract in the past few days?

Although Rinso's is interesting. My explanation would be that something is odd. It's a good, if slightly useless explanation.

lol i did try to sign him from bournemouth but when i seen i would owe them £110k compensation i withdrew the offer, looks like it hasnt registered though. thought the end of the transfer window might cancel it, but that hasnt worked either....

Did you import a saved shotlist at all? I've found there to be a bug in which if you save a shortlist where you've put a bid on a player, the next time you import that shortlist into the game (new or same) the bid stays with him.
