Managerial Discpline?

What does this mean? 2 of my players have Slight Concern over my lack of managerial discipline. Does this mean whenever my players get sent off, I should issue a warning/fine?

yep! i always warn players for first dismissal of season, 2nd gets a fine, and so on... tend to teach most of them a lesson in the long run

Spot on. Also to do with them missing training etc and not getting fined.

They also get that slight concern if you vriticise refs, I criticised a ref after losing to Arsenal to a last minute goal (Bitterness

) and Mati Fernandez suddenly was slightly concerned about my lack of discipline, 3 seasons later and no more criticism and hes still concerned which is total BS in all honesty.
