Its nice but it'd probably look better if the cut was blended into the backtground a bit more.
P.S. Why do you call him Carlitos?

I like the text layout, but that's about the only thing. The background is a little messy and takes away from the rest of the wall. I think it's the abstract/fractal brushes that throws it off, for me at least.
