It's amazingly easy to be fair. I create mods for Civilization 4 and that's a thousand times trickier than FM 2007, and even that's not hard.

My personal experience differs - not all of the custom gfx makers are using the same directory structure

Also, why aren't there any "all-in-one" packs for each league? Downloading and installing seperately is so time consuming

christ you've been registered 12 days and your moaning already.

there aren't 'all in one' packs as these would be huge and as none of us are being paid to create packs, why should we do more than 'we' need to.

I'm not moaning - just stating facts. There's not really any ordered website which lists all of the packs by date or rating.

I've tried using goal-kick or sortitoutsi but the files have very little description as to their contents.
