such things as team names, team morale, finances and team reputation? Is this possible without using the editor? The editor takes the best part of 2 hours to load and the same when saving so any help here would be muchly appreciated.

Also any way of deleting Harchester off the game? I've changed the in game preferances and they're still there, which is a nuisance

Yes to all of the above (except for team morale).

To kill off Harchester, make an edt file with this text in it:

"FAKE_TEAM" "151988"

In the same file you can add commands to change team names and alter finances and reputation. Don't think you can change morale though.
