i have edited my gateshead team stadium to hold 500,000. i gave them max/min attendance of 500,000 and think i covered all the angles because it says ingame that the stadia is@500,000.
so first few games in the attendances are 450,000+, and then i run a holiday for a few months, when i return i find my stadium has changed to 85,000!!
Strangely enough the last game of 450,000+ attendances was the last game i played before holiday!!
Why is this happening?

I’ve been trying this all last night with no success. I did post a topic on last night but I just ended up with a couple of smart gits posting non helpful comments, what’s the point I ask?

Can anybody please tell me what's the max stadium size I can have using the editor.

I’ve been experimenting all night following the editor’s guideline and not going beyond 500,000. I’ve also been setting my teams stadium details to go along with this, Max, min and average attendances.

The problem is when I start my new game, although the stadium size in my teams information page is correct, 400,000, when I play a match I only get a attendance of 119,000. I’ve also played around with my clubs reputation but it has had no effect. I just want to have a go with a super size stadium to see how much money it brings in

Now that you did mention it I did go on holiday almost straight away and so this may have an effect.

The thing is I want to do this because my idea is for this club to make money and I’m going to run a load of leagues and act as a savor manager, helping clubs out of trouble and taking them to heights they never been to.

i remember doing this myself on the first fm,and had the same problems. what i did though is do the stadium to the max capacity and change the population and reputation of the city the club is from this did work for me.Hope it helps guys

If you want to get alot of money, set the club reputation at about 20000, then the club atendances to 2700000 each.

In Old Trafford I was making about 6 mill'ish per friendly game.

Just realised that a high reputation for a club equals high 'other' costs, about 265mil with man u.
