I want to make a playable Maltese league - would that be possible?
Iceland has 10 teams in the Premier division and 10 teams in the first division which is the same as the first two tiers of the Maltese leagues so I was wondering how to go about replacing the Icelandic leagues with the Maltese.
I can get it so that when I select new game there is a Maltese flag instead of an Icelandic one but when the game has loaded every club I have swapped is from Iceland when I wanted them to be from Malta if you get what I mean.
Also, all the clubs have no fixtures and the only way you can tell when they are playing is by looking at the leagues fixtures.
I've seen the Vietnamese/Saudi/Iranian/Thai patch and would like to know how I could do that for Malta

okay simple.
I'm guessing that you have swapped the TLA around for the nations (hence malta flag at startup).
You need to goto the competitions tab. Goto the iceland leagues (ive guessed uve renamed them malta...).
Notice there is a contienent & nation tab. Change the nation from iceland to malta on all these leagues/cups.
THEN swap the clubs around (otherwise clubs will be iceland).
THEN it will work, fixtures problem fixed + clubs will maltese.
